Planting by the Moon

The Moon is the closest planet to earth and thus her gravitational pull on the surface of the earth, especially on the oceans, is significant. This gravitational pull causes the earth’s bulges and dictates the ebb and flow of our tides. The Moon’s path along the ecliptic determines our monthly cycles, and planting according to the Moon’s passage around the Sun and her various phases has always been a priority to those who understand astrological time as opposed to chronological time.

Planting by the Moon is produced by Louis van Aswegen, BSc (Agrc) (Hons) Horticulturae, astrologer of The Tradition and AORTA board member.
